Tankless Water Heaters

Tankless water heaters heat water directly as it’s used making them very different than common storage tank water heaters, which maintain the heated water in the tank at all times. Tankless water heaters are also referred to as demand water heaters or instantaneous water heaters, because they deliver a constant and immediate supply of hot water. Since they only heat the water when it is needed, they can provide for significant energy savings in your home.  They also take up less space in your home, and can even be located outdoors.

Tankless water heaters have a lifespan twice that of a storage water heater and offer considerably longer warranty periods too.  Prices vary according to size, model and manufacturer, and you may need more than one unit depending on your usage requirements.  Tankless heaters need to be installed by a local certified service professional, such as AZ Pro’s plumbers. They will require an annual flushing service, which is also provided by your certified professional serviceman.
