Nice Young Man

We just want to thank you for sending out a nice young man to do the plumbing at our home. My husband and I were both impressed with the service. He did a great job and even put shelf paper back down in the kitchen and bathroom. We are both disabled so this really impressed my husband and myself. Young bodies work a lot faster and better than old ones.

We are going to need a lot of pipes replaced and other work down the line and we will be calling you! We had a regular plumber but couldn't reach him so now we can say you're our regular plumber.

Master Bathroom Drain Pipe Damage

Dave T., Technician did a great job replacing a portion of my drain pipe that was damaged by my homebuilder. Dave is very professional, does very good workmanship, and is very detailed oriented. I've had APP fix some outdoor plumbing issues in the past and I highly recommend this company. Also, I appreciate them working around my busy schedule.

Needed to get someone out to stop a toilet from running. Was ok with "next day" service and was pleasantly surprised that technician showed up SAME DAY! Turned out he needed a part that he did not have on his truck (6 other ones..just not for my job.) Was back FIRST THING the next day and our problem was solved. Professional, fast and reasonable. Thank you!

Professional work nicely done

Having a plumber visit may not be a high point,but having J.C. Dusenberry was a pleasant experience. J.C. did a neat professional job of installing a repacement hot water heater and new water system filter. He took time to fully explain the differences and safety features of the new heater. My questions were completly and very well answered.

We called to have a pos hot water heater installed in our office. The quote was a fair price. J.C. called earlier than our scheduled time, which worked out terffic for us. He was very professional, got the job done quick & efficient and even cleaned up the mess after. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Slow Hot Water Pressure

J.C. with AZ plumbing did it again...had no hot water pressure...other companies suggested to "re-plumb" the house costing thousands of dollars. It took sometime but J.C. found the problem and WoW!! hot water everywhere. He even found a gas leak that I did not know of. Way to go AZ Plumbing!!

Great Job and more...

AZ Professional Plumbing to the rescue. Called 3 plumbers on a Sunday and no answer. Called AZ Professional Plumbing and they had an answering service with a HUMAN who took my call. J.C. Called back a few minutes later and gave me the choice of Sunday rates or Monday rates and explained the difference. I told them to come out Monday. They showed up on time Monday morning and fixed the water main in less than 30 minutes (I did all the digging on Sunday and had the exposed main ready) and then they pressure tested the house. They found my leaky toilet and fixed that too along with 2 faucets outside. Recommended I Talk to the water company to get credit on the last Giant Bill. Invited J.C. and Amanda to my BNI chapter for lunch. Highly recommended service

Taken advantage of

I called for an emergency. My sewer backed up into the house and was a tremendous mess. The plumber came and tried to find the plug but was unable to fix the problem. He told me the entire line needed to be dug up and replaced. I excavated the line and found NO PROBLEM. Another plumber came out and found a plug 5 feet from the cleanout and solved the original problem in 15 minutes. I now have no driveway, had to replace 20 feet of sewer, paid $227.55 to this company for nothing, and over $800 for unnecessary repairs. My billing was started 30 minutes before the technician started. Needless to say I would not recommend this company.

Great emergency job done well

Our main water line, an ancient cast iron job, broke just inside the meter. I called 3 plumbing companies and AZ Professional Plumbing was the only one that responded. They sent a man out that afternoon who tried to repair the pipe, but it broke again. Surprise, surprise! Early the next morning J.C. and Joe showed up and had us in business again in two hours. When they left you couldn't tell they had been here. Great job, and a great face for the company to have two really nice guys complete the work in record time. Even the office staff I talked with was positive and had a cheerful voice. Good going.
