Slow Hot Water Pressure

J.C. with AZ plumbing did it again...had no hot water pressure...other companies suggested to "re-plumb" the house costing thousands of dollars. It took sometime but J.C. found the problem and WoW!! hot water everywhere. He even found a gas leak that I did not know of. Way to go AZ Plumbing!!

Great Job and more...

AZ Professional Plumbing to the rescue. Called 3 plumbers on a Sunday and no answer. Called AZ Professional Plumbing and they had an answering service with a HUMAN who took my call. J.C. Called back a few minutes later and gave me the choice of Sunday rates or Monday rates and explained the difference. I told them to come out Monday. They showed up on time Monday morning and fixed the water main in less than 30 minutes (I did all the digging on Sunday and had the exposed main ready) and then they pressure tested the house. They found my leaky toilet and fixed that too along with 2 faucets outside. Recommended I Talk to the water company to get credit on the last Giant Bill. Invited J.C. and Amanda to my BNI chapter for lunch. Highly recommended service

Taken advantage of

I called for an emergency. My sewer backed up into the house and was a tremendous mess. The plumber came and tried to find the plug but was unable to fix the problem. He told me the entire line needed to be dug up and replaced. I excavated the line and found NO PROBLEM. Another plumber came out and found a plug 5 feet from the cleanout and solved the original problem in 15 minutes. I now have no driveway, had to replace 20 feet of sewer, paid $227.55 to this company for nothing, and over $800 for unnecessary repairs. My billing was started 30 minutes before the technician started. Needless to say I would not recommend this company.

After speaking together several times to try to reach a mutual resolution, we feel the best thing we can do at this time is to take steps to ensure this type of misunderstanding doesn’t happen again. We will insist our technicians write more detailed recommendations on the invoice for customer review and signature. We will also explain the service options in more detail and clarify the differences between a temporary and permanent fix. We appreciate your feedback and will put into practice these new procedures to enhance our service right away.

Great emergency job done well

Our main water line, an ancient cast iron job, broke just inside the meter. I called 3 plumbing companies and AZ Professional Plumbing was the only one that responded. They sent a man out that afternoon who tried to repair the pipe, but it broke again. Surprise, surprise! Early the next morning J.C. and Joe showed up and had us in business again in two hours. When they left you couldn't tell they had been here. Great job, and a great face for the company to have two really nice guys complete the work in record time. Even the office staff I talked with was positive and had a cheerful voice. Good going.

Remodel done right

Another remodel job underway and the one thing we could count on was Arizona Professional Plumbing to be there when they said they would arrive. The demo work was tricky when JC and Manny had to remove a cast iron tub. I was told it would have to be cut in half to get it out. But these two not only got it out in one piece, they did not damage any of the floor tile next to the tub. That saved us even more money by not having to repair the floor AND the tub was intact and donated to Restore TMM. A couple of weeks later JC and Manny returned to install the new fixtures. As usual, they were on time, professional and did a great job installing the tub, toilet and plumbing. You can count on this company to be fair and professional...living up to their name. They are the best!

Great work with a personality!

I needed a small job done in the kitchen and I looked in the yellow pages and for some reason I was directed to Az. Professional Plumbing. It was my lucky day that I made the right choice. What a pleasure it is to call and be treated the way I was treated by Gail. I could tell from her opening remarks and overall attitude that she and her company were there to serve me. I felt so pleased being treated this way I wish I had a bigger job for them. I called late Friday and got an appointment Monday at 8:00 am. I couldn\'t believe it.

On Monday at 7:20 am I received a call from JC introducing himself and verifying my appointment at 8:00 am. Just before 8:00 am the door bell rang and when I answered this very nice young man introduced himself, as JC. I again knew I had made the right choice. JC went to work and I asked him if it would be possible to do something and he said I\'m sure I can do it for you, but just let me take a quick check. He went back under the sink and in seconds popped up with a nice smile and said I can do it.

I\'m from the era when service companies knew what they were in business for and that was to take care of their customers, in a quick, efficient and pleasant manner. Over the years I have seen this decline year after year, so when I had the fortune to deal with AZ Professional Plumbing through Gail and then JC I felt all is not lost, because there is one professional courteous company doing business the way it should be done. Thank you so much Gail and JC.

I will not hesitate to recommend AZ Professional Plumbing to anyone who has a need.

A Relief!

Our business experienced problems with our two toilets within a period of 30 minutes. The problems went beyond anything a plunger could resolve. Both toilets were down . I called Az. Professional Plumbing, as it turned out hey were able to send a Tech out that afternoon. He arrived within the time window promised, worked efficiently and put us back in service.
What a relief to find a business who charges fair rates and does the job correctly. Guess what Tucson? Their staff are courteous!

THE BEST IN TOWN

In 1995 my commercial property was having a bathroom remodel and the contractor overseeing the job hired ARIZONA PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING for the plumbing work. I was extremely impressed with the work and more importantly, the fair and honest attitude of the owner Mike Foster. Since then, we have always called upon them for our plumbing needs. When the hot water heater flooded our garage late at night, these guys were out promptly the next morning to replace the unit. Recently we remodeled the kitchen and master bath. Again, Arizona Professional Plumbing served all our plumbing needs with courteous staff, reliable plumbers and quality work. We have recommended them to our family and friends for their needs.

GREAT GUYS

We were having problems with our hot water reaching the kitchen in a timely manner. It seemed like it took forever. APP installed an Eternal tankless water heater like magic no more issues. We would highly reccomend this company as they were efficent, clean & quick.

Job Well Done!

Our home is old and had plumbing from the 40's! But, regardless, the job needed to be done with TLC to preserve the unique touches in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that cared about our house and worked hard installing complete new plumbing in a historical home. Thank you for a job well done! There is nothing better than working with a family owned and operated local business. I will always recommend you to our friends for any plumbing job.
